The Writing Workshop
Thanks to everyone for the interest in the August 25th and January 26th day-long writing workshops at BSFS! This is the first time we've done something like this in a long while, and whether we do it again or not depends on if the community likes and supports the idea. We're excited by all of the up-and-coming writers in MD/DC/VA/PA who have contacted us, asked questions, and put down money to get instruction by published, professional scifi/fantasy writers!
Brenda Clough

Brenda Clough, who teaches the Aug 25th workshop, has not only been teaching science fiction for years at the Writing Center in Bethesda, she's also been nominated for the Hugo and Nebulla awards and is an excellent writer with a long career in her own right.
